the troops were all lined up for battle facing the enemy. tension was in the air - the clash was about to begin. and
Joab said, "If the Arameans are too strong for me, then you are to rescue me; but if the Ammonites are too strong for you, then I will rescue you. Be strong and let us fight bravely for our people and the cities of our God. The Lord will do what is good in his sight." - 1 Chronicles 19:12-13
i think this is motivationally beautiful; beautifully motivational.
as we gear up for battle, let us be strong and fight bravely.
and let us help each other out when our brother is down. for we fight together as a family.
and lastly, we fight knowing that the Lord will do what is good in his sight.
our God is the Lord of the battle.
