TWO LEFTS DON'T MAKE A RIGHT, BUT THREE DO

FIFTHmarchtwoohohseven

no more school!
sigh of half-relief.
(means no more $$, too)

the Holy Spirit directed me to Psalm 51,
which King David wrote after he was confronted on his adultery with Bathsheba.
and which some of our brothers use as a prayer of confession after sinning.

for clarification, the Holy Spirit then led me to Numbers 16:31-35,
where we see sinful men being consumed by God's wrath.
pretty scary.

upon reflection, i am made aware of how HOLY our God is,
and how ALL of us are sinful.
and how God CANNOT tolerate SIN. not even a bit of it.

if not for Jesus' sacrifice, we would ALL perish under God's wrath.
so GREAT is God's love and grace for us, that he would strike his own Son instead of us.

i felt Mr. H.S. prompt me about 3 KINDS OF PEOPLE:
  1. the 'Small Sinner' - the kind that says, "aiya, small sin only, nvm la.."
  2. the 'Ungrateful Sinner' - the kind that is unremorseful about sinning, saying, "aiya, God already forgive mah, now sin nvm.."
  3. the 'Self-Condemned Sinner' - the kind that always feels condemned and under judgement. "aiya, i am not holy enough, God must be punishing me.."

are any of the above correct? NO WAY, because:

  1. God cannot tolerate sin. it pains God each time to see u sin.
  2. God has forgiven us. do we sin again after being shown such grace?
  3. God considers us righteous now. do not condemn urself, but look toward greater things.
YAY!

are u living in sin?
repent, accept God's grace, and be RIGHTEOUS.
