A DREAM FOR US

theFOURTHofmaytwoohohseven

today my tuition kid decided not to have tuition.
becuase he didn't care and he didn't want to.

" The Lord also said to Moses, "This is the offering Aaron and his sons are to bring to the Lord on the day he is anointed: a tenth of an ephah of fine flour as a regular grain offering, half of it in the morning and half in the evening. " - Leviticus 6:19-20

the principle of tithing.
a tenth of everything.

if we SERIOUSLY mean it when we sing "all we are is yours", and
if we SINCERELY believe that God is our provider,
then tithing a tenth of our wages seems rather small.
our actions measure the extent of our belief.

offerings to the Lord always had to be the finest. the cream. the best. of the best.
are our offerings substandard?
are our offerings self-seeking? giving so that we might receive?
give our best to the Lord, for he is DESERVING.
true offering is costly. it hurts.

ouch. it hurts to hear that, too.

MY APPLICATION: to give my best in service to the Lord - quality ballons on Sunday!
