gosh, these certainly are weighty words.
WHAT is wisdom?
it is the gifting to do the right things at the right time.
HOW does one attain wisdom?
as you might have guessed, any normal, fleshly person cannot be considered as wise, simply because everyone makes mistakes.
a wise person is Spirit-led.
ONLY by living by the Spirit can one discern what ought to be done and how or whatnot.
wisdom is God-given.
knowledge and wisdom should NOT be confused.
when presented with the two, choose wisdom. Godly wisdom.
for God uses the simple to confound the wise.
therefore, seek to attain wisdom instead of acquiring knowlege.
MY APPLICATION: Lord, grant me wisdom. to be able to do your will. may i be called wise instead of knowledgeable.
