Recently, i drew out from my collection of books: "Travelling Light" a very very inspirational book by Max Lucado. I love his books, his candid style of writing and powerful analogies and testimonies he use to being the message across - short and sharp. marksman.
This book is easily related to because it is about releasing the burdens we were never intented to bear - The promise of Psalms 23. Which is a verse that i regurgitate alot with the 3 mentees i have.
Every single line of this beautiful psalm is a promise from our father in heaven. Burdens of a lesser God/self-reliance/discontent/weariness/worry/hopelessness...
For me this week: burden of self-reliance. how we all need to rely on God!
