Have you forgotten someone today?

Deuteronomy 6:10
'When the LORD your GOD brings you into the land he swore to your fathers, to Abraham Issac and Jacob, to give you a land with large, flourishing cities you did not build, houses filled with all kinds of things you did not provide, wells you did not dig, and vineyards and olive groves you did not plant, then when you eat and are satisfied, be careful that you do not forget the LORD, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.

Man I'm so guilty of this!
Many atimes, I find myself praying hard
and listening hard and seeking GOD so ernestly before some major events
like TGIF, certain gigs and concerts.
Asking him to bless the run, giving us salvations and
good response.

But finally after the LORD blessed us with
salvations, blessed us with a good performance.
We seem to be celebrating all these in our own humanly ways
and chuck GOD onto the shelf.

My friends, let us remember that all blessings big or small
come from GOD and lets learn to ALWAYS be in a spirit of thanksgiving and gratitude.

The fact that you did not get strike by lighting during
the trainings in field camps is because GOD is protecting you.

The fact that you still have food to eat on the table
is because GOD choose to still bless your father/mother's job.

GOD could choose to lay his finger on something, or even someone in the family.
But today he choose to still bless you. Give thanks my friends!

It is said in the above verse 'We did not dig, we did not plant.'
But yet GOD still provides for disgusting sinners like us.
We do not deserve any of this treatment given our
disgusting and detestable behaviour and habits.
But GOD chose to bless. Give thanks!
