how apt. how apt indeed.
we are free. we know that.
but all too easily we take that freedom for granted.
how would u like to be struck down the instant u sinned?
thank you, Lord, for the freedom you give!
and all too often we get so consumed with our freedom, that sin becomes so available. so tempting.
and the voice within tells us, "we are already forgiven, it's ok.. just one more only.."
but evil is evil. sin is sin. no excuses.
sorry, Lord, for the times i have taken you lightly!
therefore our approach should be to live as servants of God.
that should be our mindset. our attitude. our lifestyle.
we should both mentally and physically live as servants of the Most High God.
which is actually cooler than u can imagine.
i am a SERVANT OF THE MOST HIGH GOD. why then should i be involved with evil?
with loose talk?
with arguments?
with perverse comments?
with racist jokes?
help me, Lord, to change my mentality. i want to serve you! in my thoughts. in my actions.
APPLICATION: i AM a SERVANT of GOD. what can i do for u? pray a blessing for my tuition kids later.
